Overview:
Grooved (clamp) gate valves overcome defects such as rubber aging and rust. The valve utilizes the elastic ram to produce a slight elastic deformation compensation effect to achieve a good sealing effect. The valve has the advantages of light switch, reliable sealing, good elastic memory and long service life. The product is widely used in tap water, sewage, sea water, Pipeline lines in water treatment, environmental protection, construction, fire protection, petroleum, chemical, electric power, food, medicine, textile, shipbuilding, energy and other industries act as adjustment and intercepting devices.
Flat bottom seat
Features:
Generally, the gate valve is often deposited in the bottom groove of the valve due to foreign matter such as cement block and iron filings after the water is flushed. It is easy to cause the water to close and form a water leakage. The bottom of the elastic seat sealing valve is the same as the pipe. The flat bottom design is not easy to cause the accumulation of debris, so that the fluid is unobstructed.
Precision casting body
The valve body is precision cast, and the precise geometry allows the valve body to be sealed without any need for machining inside.
Valve plate rubber
The valve plate is made of high-quality rubber for the whole inner rubber. The first-class rubber vulcanization technology in Europe enables the vulcanized valve plate to ensure accurate geometrical dimensions, and the rubber and ductile iron valve plate are firmly secured, which is not easy to fall off and has good elastic memory.
"O" ring seal
Since the valve stem and the valve cover are sealed by three "O" ring seals, the frictional resistance during switching can be reduced, the water leakage phenomenon can be greatly reduced, and the seal ring can be replaced without stopping the flow of the medium in the pipeline.
Helping to drink
Since the inside of the valve body is coated with non-toxic epoxy resin, the inner and outer surfaces of the valve plate are completely covered with rubber without the occurrence of molten iron or corrosion, which can be used for raw drinks.
Labor saving device
Large-diameter can be installed with labor-saving devices. The required torque is about 1/2 of normal. Only one small handwheel is needed. Under pressure, it can be operated fully open or fully closed. The labor-saving device needs to be operated once every time. First save the valve after fully opening the valve
