Overview:
This series of butterfly valves adopts the mid-line design. The main structure of the valve is composed of valve body, valve disc, valve seat, valve stem and transmission operating mechanism. The valve seat adopts detachable structure, the transmission mechanism is divided into handle type, worm gear type and Three types of signals are suitable for use in the water pipe of fire sprinkler system for throttling or mediating flow. The signal valve is provided with a signal switch at the switch position of the worm gear, which is suitable for the water pipe of the fire sprinkler system.
Features:
The valve seat adopts detachable design to facilitate on-site maintenance, and adopts full basin design, which is not susceptible to impurity jamming. The joint “O” type sealing line at both ends makes the pipeline installation without additional gaskets and maintains reliable sealing, and can be used according to different requirements. Choose a different material.
The shaft pin adopts the US patented design to withdraw the pin structure, which can tightly bond the valve disc shafts without loosening, which will not weaken the strength of the shaft and have good interchangeability.
The operating structure is flexible and can be configured with different turning devices such as handles, worm gears, etc., and the worm gear can also be equipped with signal devices.
